A little bit of history:
Our beautiful restaurant – 57 Burketon Station – is located a stone’s throw from where the original Burketon Station (later Junction) that was built in 1884, by the Ontario & Quebec Railway (Canadian Pacific Railway by proxy).
This station stop was vital to the development of the town and it provided transportation as well as shipment of local farm products throughout Canada.

We deeply respect the tradition of family farming, and The Village of Burketon Station and the surrounding area is still home to many farms by offering the very best of what our community has to offer. We want to celebrate this rich agricultural heritage by honouring families and communities who have been connected to farming our land for generations.
